
After a religious experience happened in my breakfast bowl last week while opening up a big, glowing, beautiful, aromatic, fresh, juicy, delicious grapefruit, I haven't been able to stop eating them. They are simply amazing.
This blog is going to discuss not only why we should give grapefruits infinite praise, but also the in's and out's of specific foods, perhaps a new one each week? How exciting! As a raw vegan, I spend a lot of time exploring the nutritional values and simple beauty of nature's foods, and want to share my mind ramblings with the world. Why not?

My glass of orange juice is half-freakin'-full, thank you very much.
I have to go back to work now, as I'm spending my lunchbreak online...again...researching nutrition stuff...again...but I look forward to spreading juicy citrus love with the rest of you!
